holder - index identifying sample puck or plate

sample - identifier, within holder, of sample position

minTimeSeconds - minimum amount of time accepted for valid pin detection

timeoutSeconds - time out for load and wait

pinMountedScannable - getPosition is to return pinMountedValue when loaded

pinMountedValue - e.g. Loaded
